Brilliant job done by these guys the quality of the double glazing is excellent as are the composite doors replacing my previous old double glazing. My home is far quieter and warmer. Their fitter William is friendly and couldn't be more helpful. Keep up the great work guys. I highly recommend.

We had all the windows replaced in our 25 years old bungalow. Both the product and quality of workmanship is second to none, William has done a most excellent job. Just had windows doors and fascia boards fitted by emerald windows. The whole process from start to finish was exceptional. Ronan was very helpful in helping us choose what suited us best and the two fitters Geordie and William were brilliant, extremely tidy and very efficient, job done to a very high standard. Fantastic job! Gordie, Willie & Jack where first class no mess left either inside or outside. Arrived promptly got on with the job you would hardly know they had been here. Hardly any decorating to do afterwards so so neat and tidy. Strongly recommend this company and these great lads.

5 Stars isn’t enough for this company especially Geordie and William who fitted my windows. I was dreading getting new windows in but from the start of the process When Dave called to see us until the job was completed yesterday the process was made so much easier by the fabulous service we received. Emma was constantly on the phone to me to reassure start dates etc and had lovely call from her today as a follow up. Geordie and William are two of the nicest guys I have had the pleasure of meeting. Their work ethic, professionalism and friendly manner made it all so much easier. These two guys have such a high standard of work and take so much pride in their jobs and work. As I said 5 starts isn’t enough. Will definitely be recommending the company to family and friends.

Just had new french patio doors installed by Emerald. Very competitive price and the local fitting team of Geordie, William and Jack are great lads - very professional and clean job, would definitely recommend. Shout out as well to Emma in the office who provides great customer service!

From the start with our discussion with Dave as to styles and colours to the fitting by Geordie, William and James, we can't recommend Emerald any higher. Dave was knowledgeable and explained all of our options in a down to earth and friendly manner. Wait time was as initially stated and good communication with us of a start date. Geordie, William and James have a great work ethic and very professional in how they go about things. Even when there was a slight issue with the front door the communication was great and they returned to fit it within days. We'd definitely recommend Emerald to others and would employ their services again.

So pleased with my new windows & doors, they've completely transformed my house externally & I've noticed a real difference with the heat internally. Geordie, William & Jack who fitted the windows were brilliant, so efficient & clean. Thanks so much guys!
