Not a recommended company, I attempted to buy a ticket from emailflights a week ago providing all the information asked for, after a few days of not receiving the ticket I contacted them and proceeded to contact them a few times more to try and resolve the issue and was always told they needed some more time to resolve the issue. I was due to be called back with a status update but 40 minutes before that they cancelled the booking (after a week), didn't call to explain why and now the flights have gone up in price by an extra £30....

Peter is great! I called up as it's my first time flying and he has really helped me with everything. He has even given me a line of direct communication to him, so that he can help me should I need it. It's my first time flying and I suffer from anxiety, so I'm so thankful for Peter. I'm definitely going to be using EF again.

Didn’t even book my flight and then lied about it and said it was the airlines fault when in fact it was proven that they never booked the ticket and the seats had gone! Then never responded to my complaint and it’s been 7 months, never responded to any emails. Pathetic company and cost me £50 in phone bill charges because they couldn’t be bothered to return my call backs! Stay away!

My flight was cancelled due to the pandemic, and I have been waiting over 6 months for a refund. The company responded to my initial refund request, but have since gone quiet. I cannot be sure that the money isn't lost as they no longer respond via email, and I have been on hold for 2hrs+ each time I call

SCAM!!! Claim they are ATOL protected but they are not. Absolutely horrible company. Been 11 months waiting for my refund. The airline already refunded them 9 months ago, but they still don't want to give me my money back. Avoid at all costs!

Scam. Waiting for my refund and they still haven't paid after 14 weeks. Checked rhe company house and it says they have been dissolved last month. When calling atol it shows they are still operating and registered to rhe atol but never gave me the certificate. Also when trying to contact them all the emails provided are not found once I send them. Also the telephone numbers don't even ring. It's a disgrace!! I hope they will receive a full class action suit and pay back!!

All the other negative reviews are unfortunately spot on. Our flight got cancelled at the beginning of the pandemic, they refused to refund us the full amount despite the airline (Turkish) offering a full refund or the opportunity to rebook. In the end we opted for the partial refund but Email Flights did not respond with a refund so we got the full money back through Mastercard.
