Cars in really good shape. Behaves well on the road. Price really good if you do not have credit card. The processing was a bit slow compared to big companies but that is normal. Definitely recommend

Friendly and attentive, they are local and as such they should support local businesses as much as they can. Compared to the large car hire chains they are a far more helpful. I think they need more variety but that didn’t stop me getting great support.

Great customer service and cheapest car rental I've found. Went to collect the car today and not only was the process quick but the reception area was lovely and clean and the staff all greet you with a smile. I dealt with a young lady called Carol who was really nice and very chatty. She went through everything with me then took me to the hire car which was a brand new Corsa and was immaculate inside and out. Thank you Carol for making the hire process hassle free, your customer service skills were excellent and you are certainly a credit to Elliotts Car and Van Hire.

Good customer service, good prices, flexible deals. I have rented vehicles from Elliots few times for different time frames, and it has always been a good experience. "Wish they delivered and collected the vehicles also".

Shocking service. First time I rented a van I waited over an hour before I drove away, and purposely booked for a specific time and didn't make the deadline I needed. Then it took two weeks to get my deposit transferred back to me. Stupidly I went back, again specified I needed it for 0900. AGAIN I didn't drive away for over an hour. They told me it was stuck in the mud. Sitting here observing other customers everyone has the same view. Shambles!!! I wouldn't recommend.
