Ellie's has been my 'go to' since moving to Putney two years ago! The staff are all lovely and there is no one else I would entrust to do my eyebrows & waxing then Kamala! My only quarm would be the last two times I have been for a wax it's been so hot downstairs - fans or air con would be amazing! See you soon! Rachel.

Loretta is an very skilled hairdresser, I have very thick, naturally wavy hair that I like short. Loretta went through images with my from my pinterest explaining what is realistic for my hair type. Even whilst I was drinking my tea she noticed I have a habit of tucking my hair behind my ear so suggested I keep it long enough to continue to do so, so observant! They also don't push endless products on you which I value. Would thoroughly recommend.

First of all, the online booking system is so simple and easy to use, I wish all salons used it! It was also a great experience on the day, everyone was super friendly and helpful; even on a busy Saturday lunchtime the customer service wasn't forgotten. Lauren cut my hair and she was great at helping me to decide what I wanted and both Lauren and her colleagues offered some really useful tips for looking after my hair and style. Best of all the cut was really good value at £35 and I'm super pleased with the result. I've already booked myself in for an economical 12 weeks time!

I had an appointment at 1pm for 3 different services. They called me 30 minutes before asking to go 15 minutes later, I did but when I arrived they were still half an hour late. Even a doctor sees me quicker. Very unprofessional especially when you have children and you have arranged childcare to go at a specific time

I go to Ellie salon for my hair monthly for over 5 years. They are very professional, and they know colours more than anyone I had tried before. I am naturally brunette but I do have my hair blonde and it was difficult for most franchise hair salons to get the right tone. Recently I tried their keratin treatment for first time and it is the best result I have ever had. I used to do it overseas which was not possible due to pandemic but this was the most successful one with the right volume and still super straight. My stylist in Andie and I trust her advise in everything but they are all really great professionals who offer a unique touch to their service.
