This is the WORST school I've ever known about in England! My daughter goes to this school and has been constantly bullied by TEACHERS in the school! Yes! Extremely terrible! I've been doing ALL in my power to expose this school and move my daughter OUT ASAP! PARENTS DO NOT make the mistake of putting your child in this school, you will DEEPLY regret it!

Well I don't think that this is a good school at all. Some of the teachers there are nice and supportive but others don't teach properly. I had quite a lot of teachers that spent the whole year not teaching properly and taught NOTHING at all. There was a teacher I had that made us spend the whole lesson writing the date and title and then talked about their life stories! my grades went down but just because I revise by myself I got my grades up again. Now I spent 3-4 hours every night revising just because some teachers did not teach me properly. My grades mean everything to me and just because I go to a bad school I will not let that destroy my future. I also have lots of homework on top of that so I am stressed all the time as I don't have time for myself. Sorry for 1 star I would consider rating again if the teaching standards get better. P.s I am going to be waiting 3 years till I am in year 11 and could go to a better collage.

I am an former student of this school & my grades were not so great. I have to say that this is one of the worst schools in Ealing & I didn't enjoy studying here. I've spent most of the time wanting to leave this school and it came to the point that in year 9 I was ready to leave (although I knew it was difficult moving so I decided to just stay for another 2 years). Most of the teachers cannot teach properly and the only time of the day that I've actually enjoyed was form time (this was when I actually got to see my progress). After year 11 I finally moved to an very good school where I got the education that I needed and there was massive improvements in my grades. I managed to get up from grade E to grade Cs or Bs in my retakes and it felt much better.

To be honest this school is the worst I've ever seen. If there is a serious matter such as bullying that has occurred the staff in charge don't even care one bit to help that student and brush it off their shoulder. The staff are rude and unmannered half of them admit that they don't like their job. If they don't like it why do they do it then? Just "changing" school uniform and building new sites on school premises does not mean this is a good school trust me. As someone who has been their before Ellen wilkinson was my first and last mistake I hope to make. If I had to rate Ellen wilkinson I would rate it -0

The Ellen Wilkinson school is an average school , students do not get the best results. however most teachers are very encouraging and offer their best of help for all student.I currently attend this school and my grades have improved a lot since i started in this school in year 9.One of the best teachers is Ms.Douglas head of sociology as shes an amazing teacher, who works really hard and helps all students.Overall,i would recommend this school to anyone specially student who are new to the country as it really helps them catch up and get really good results.

Having been a former student i can tell you that this school puts students down and never, ever encourages your children to do their best. My sister is current student and is being forced to do the lower exam papers even though she is top of her class (set). How can she achieve her full potential and go on to do want she wants to do when most places are asking for B grades and above and the school is never giving her a chance to even try the higher paper? The success of students gaining good grades is NOT down to the teachers at this school, it is down to the students who have the natural ability to achieve and do well. This school fails as a so-calledscience and maths specialist school. It is very far from being a good school for doing your sciences and mathematics. Having done my A levels here, many of my fellow classmates had to retake their exams up to 2 times to gain the grades needed for university. This school likes to manipulate is results by putting certain students down and falsely bring other students up despite their failure of exams the major exams. Not a school i would recommend, especially not for Sixth Form.
