Elite Motor Group cambridge

Major bodywork repair needed (2 new doors and a new sill). Three people independently recommended Elite, including another local body shop! No regrets, they explained very clearly exactly what they would do and the work seems to be to a very high standard.

I've used the Elite Motor Group Body Shop twice now, the first time for an insurance accident repair and the second time to paint an bumper. Both times the customer service was great and the paint work exceptional. This combined with the work on the bumper being less than half the price I was quoted by two other local body shops. Don't let the negative reviews put you off, they don't relate to my experience in any way.

Great place friendly and helpful

I had a really bad experience with this company. After booking a full service online I received a full emailed confirmation of my booking this included free pickup and delivery. On the day of my service nobody turned up to pick up my car. I phoned elite only to be met with rudeness and Kurt answers. Apparently they do not offer free pickup and delivery despite that being advertised on their website and an option that you can tick. At no point did elite try to contact me to discuss this and I had taken a day off of work to ensure my car was picked up on time. More frustrating Is that apparently it was all my fault and had nothing to do with them.

Great service, and exceptionally fast turn around on a body repair for my car. The car was repaired to the highest caliber. Couldn't have asked for more from Nick and Team, as they went above and beyond.

Only a month of warranty and refusal to negotiate on price stops them getting 5* Friendly customer service though.
