I took my 1940s vintage wedding dress to Elite Drycleaners. Despite it having no care instructions and being very old fabric the team took on the task carefully and sensitively. They were so lovely when I went to pick it up and really excited about the transformation they had managed with my dress. Their work completely lifted and brightened the colour, got rid of just about every 80 year old mark and I could not be happier. I knew it was in safe hands going to them and I was absolutely right.

They don’t have standardized pricing and wanted to barge me 15£ for a regular dry clean of a basic white cotton dress. A scam. After having have asked them multiple times why they chose to rise their starting price they didn’t want to explain. Over priced and horrible customer service

Horrible service and attitude. The dry cleaners cost me a fortune and I was willing to pay because of the good reviews. Do not be fooled! They had the audacity to charge me £22 for a formal dress and when I got it back the stains were still there along with bits of food! They did not even try to get it out. My mother in law managed to get it out in easy peasy. When I complained they did nothing. I also had some jumpers dry cleaned and they did a decent job but really nothing special. Horrible service.

High quality and friendly dry cleaners - did a great job of my wedding outfit - felt reassured it was in good hands - when other dry cleaners were unable/unwilling to clean a Charlie Brear fringed wedding skirt. Would use Elite again.
