Elite Dry Cleaners oxford

Avoid this place! I dropped off a blazer and wool jacket. After their "service" the jacket was still covered in hair and fuzz, it's as if they didn't do anything to it. The blazer had a large stain on the back that was NOT there when I dropped it off. I'm afraid they've ruined it. I go back there to get my money back for the blazer and the "do not take responsibility." They argue that sometimes dry cleaning makes the clothes more stained. WHAT? Absolutely insane logic. They won't give me any money back--let alone apologize for ruining my clothes--because to do so would be to "take responsibility," and they simply don't do that. They don't stand by their work and they have no interest in customer service. There is a reason this place has horrible reviews.

Extremely dissatisfied. Minor marks not removed despite extremely high price (over £20 per suit).
