Elite Beauty – Milton Keynes

I booked in with a friend to have a pedicure Assuming we’d be done together. But unfortunately we wasn’t. They was short staffed so felt very rushed, didn’t even cut my nails down. When the man told us to sit down and put our feet in the water they still had wet towels there from previous customers, so I asked for Fresh towels ( this should be done automatically). My first experience with them was fantastic a young lady called Astra was amazing so this is why I went back. But it was certainly a different experience the second time.

Two staff working. It was like a conveyor belt. I would rather make an appointment and get my nails done by one person who concentrates solely on me. I was asked to pay cash halfway through the treatment as internet not working. Luckily I had cash or they wouldn't have been paid. Very unprofessional and shoddy nails. I won't be going back.

This is the worst salon I have ever been to - if I could give them one star I would. Save yourself and don't come here. I paid £40 for acrylics - the gems I requested were not central, the shape was lopsided and the powder was not covering my full nail which left awful gaps. Woke up the next day and the white powder had turned yellowish and my nails hurt very badly. When I went back to the salon to ask them to remove the nails she was extremely rude and dismissive and told me there was no issue at all! I got somebody else to remove them and she informed me that my nails had been wildly overfiled and that was why my hands were in so much pain. On top of that, they use a powder which is actually illegal in many countries and is not the standard acrylic powder that most respectable salons would use. It's incredibly difficult to take off and damages your nail, in some casess you can competely lose a nail! Paired with their overfiling, I was unable to fully get it off my nails and I now have to wait for my nails to grow out. I also got my toes done and the white gel polish immeditaley turned a dirty grey, I believe there was something wrong with the top coat. This is unacceptable and they should be shut down for their conduct!!!

Had a pedicure and head massage.. excellent..feel gr8.. Will come back
