The only place to go for new it replacement windows. They also have a number of conservatories and garden rooms to view. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable, after care service is first class.

I telephoned to get some advice on retrofitting a letterbox and got some good advice from a polite and knowledgeable member of staff.

Just had windows and door fitted by Eliments of York. I honestly cannot recommend highly enough. I was very impressed with their professional non pushy and customer focussed attitude which ran from the initial consultation, the survey and the subsequent fitting of the windows and door. The windows and door are of a high quality that has literally transformed our home, prompting lots of positive comments from neighbours. Having been messed about by other local companies, it is refreshing to deal with a professional company that delivers and puts the customer first.

We had a similar experience to others in the negative comments. Poor customer service and a bad attitude when trying to resolve. Seems they prefer smart arse responses instead of sorting the problem. Wish we'd have gone elsewhere. Can't recommend. Also notice the flood of good reviews after any negative... do your research. My husband dealt with you for a buy to let property he was renovating at the start of the year. This sort of response is exactly what my review is about, poor customer service with a bad attitude. Thank you but we had already contacted the office in February and again in March. There are a number of one star reviews across various different sites, not just one previous dissatisfied customer. While I understand this is just our opinion and there are many positive reviews I am entitled to leave a review of our experience.

Recently moved house and we have bought a set of French doors. They was so helpful, made the process really easy, really took the time to understand what we wanted and went above and beyond when I was little bit unsure. We are so in love with the doors. Perfect fit and really brightens up our home! Can’t recommend this company anymore! They will go above and beyond for you!

I have just had a new front and back door fitted and am over the moon with the change it has made to my house. I ordered at the end of February but was advised from the offset about the delays from suppliers due the issue caused by the pandemic. It was well worth the wait as the fitter was excellent.

Had a full conservatory fitted before covid hit, only just getting round to writing a review about it now! From start to finish the service was excellent, and was really easy to communicate.
