Had most wonderful treatment and experience ! From the second it started to the very last moment of treatment I felt the calming caring energy of Gillian. I left this place truly elated and ‘elevated’😊 No hard sell afterwards for their products which was lovely - still ended up buying one as it felt wonderful at the treatment. All staff very very lovely - many thanks to all!

Positive feedback is always best, so as a long standing client, may I suggest de-cluttering the facial menu. It’s become so complicated and I had no idea what I was in for today. Also a few things missing today. Sorry guys, all a bit average. Was always an exceptional spa, so hope you can pull it back.
