I bought my dress from Elements of Serenity a few months ago and am so very pleased with their service. Danielle was so lovely and attentive to my needs allowing me to take as many pictures and as much time as I needed. I didn't feel obliged to commit to buying a dress and not once did I feel she was trying to make a sale! I placed my order there and then and my dress arrived in the exact time frame Danielle gave me. Danielle was very helpful helping me choose and order accesories like my veil and petticoat. The dresses at Elements of Serenity are so beautiful yet very affordable. I would highly appreciate recommend and can not wait to wear my dress!

After visiting a number of bridal shops and trying on various dresses three times bigger than my dress size. I had to accept this was standard across all bridal shops. Generally bridal shops only stock size 12 and size 20. I purchase a sample dress from here. I was informed about a hole at the waist line and a lose button. However when I got home and inspected my dress I had more than one hole in my dress. I also purchase an underskirt which the shop assured would be posted to me in my size. I am a size extra small / size 6. I waited 3 weeks having to follow up with numerous phone calls. I must of called 5 times! No one answers the phone. My underskirt arrived today and shockingly it’s in a size medium!! I have tried to contact this shop on numerous occasions and no one answers the phone!! I will not be recommending this shop to anyone. My advice to anyone reading this is purchase a MillaNova wedding dress from an alternative stockist! Please note: The owner never called me.

I had a microdermabrasion facial today with Rhian (I’m sorry if I spelt that wrong!) - I have had these facials in the past and I can safely say this is the best one I have ever had! My face felt brand new! I had no red marks, no irritation and you couldn’t even tell id had it done! My face looks brand new and my skin is glowing. I cannto believe the difference and I will be back each month! Highly recommend!
