Had a set of gel nails taken off and a new set put on. Lovely atmosphere, friendly people and quick service. Will definitely be back - nails are a lovely shape and a lovely colour. Would highly recommend this salon!

Terrible customer service. Turned up for appointment that I had booked online a week in advance and they told me they had not seen the booking and were now fully booked. No apology and tried to put the blame me for not calling the salon to double check.

Had my first hollywood wax today, not the best experience, was left with hair patches everywhere, it was the most painful wax i have ever done, wasnt able to book a hot wax via website and the beautician said she couldnt use the hot wax since she needed to be told in advance, no gloves used and had to help her stretch the skin myself, no cleansing after waxing strips were used. Got the impression that would be visiting again but it wont be possible after this experience. The beautician was friendly, yet not very professional.
