Elanic Clinic glasgow

I’ve been going to Elanic for laser by Nurse Felicity. She is extremely professional, kind and makes me feel so at ease. The results are great and the prices very reasonable. It has such a laid back, chilled out vibe, unlike some other aesthetic clinics where you are made to feel uncomfortable and looked down upon by snooty staff. Go with Elanic, you won’t regret it!

I went to Elanic for Blepharoplasty, upper eyelid hoods and lower eye bag remove, also mini face-lift, Vivik and his staff could not have been any nicer so friendly and seemingly caring, Vivik also recommended I have fat transfer to my cheeks as this would compliment the mini face-lift and as I was spending a lot of money he told me I could get the fat transfer at a reduced cost, so I agreed, however, 3 months after surgery my left eye still had a hood, my lower eye lids still had lumps, my lower eye lids were left curved as they had been stitched to tight, and my cheeks were like gerbil pouches with the right side bigger than the left, I was left with huge wrinkles on my left temple and a lump on the top of my left ear. I complained to Elanic in writing and was told they would get back with a response soon, I gave them about 3 weeks and tried phoning, each time was told the clinic manegeress was busy but would call me back this happened 4 days in a row. Still never got back, I tried for months to get a response They only got back in touch after I had contacted BAAPS a year later, I went to another cosmetic surgeon and was told I could not have any corrective surgery on my eyelids due to previous surgery and to have corrective surgery on my cheeks would be very very risky, his words, again due to previous surgery, I asked for a refund, I got a quick response this time with the answer being no. So be warned, Elanic are the best when they are taking your money and everything is going their way, but when things go wrong they don't want to know. Think long and hard before you decide, I wish I had.

I’ve been going to Felicity for years now and not only has she looked after me through various surgeries and aftercare, but she’s been such a caring and lovely person to deal with throughout. I always feel truly looked after and in expert hands, and she always advises me with a wealth of experience and honesty. I regard Felicity as one of the best in the industry and wouldn’t have anyone else carry out my procedures! Warmest regards to Arup Ray as well who carried out an amazing rhinoplasty and subsequent tweak with minimal fuss and optimum care and professionalism. It has truly changed my life. Elanic is a superb clinic and the entire team are wonderful!

I had breast surgery done at Elanic in June and can't fault the service at all. I was delighted with the surgeon consultation with Mr Clark, felt listened to and valued. I am now six months since having had the procedure and it has changed my life. I've never felt better about the parts of me I previously hated. I've since returned and had some filler and botox treatments and would do it all over again in a heartbeat. The staff are really attentive and knowledgeable. Thanks Elanic!

I have been going to this clinic for over two years now. Had fillers and peels and always been very happy with the results. I would not go anywhere else.

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. From start to finish, their service has been so incompetent and unprofessional. My partner had surgery on her nose before the pandemic, and her nose is still messed up. We now need to travel to Turkey, to see a specialist that can fix the bodge job that we paid £6000 for. Oh, and for that money, you've 'not to expect perfection' (actual words by the incompetent 'surgeon'). The surgeon employed manipulation tactics to influence my partner into getting a surgery that she DID NOT NEED. Immoral, unethical and corrupt to the core. The fat coward who done her surgery (James McCaul) has actually ran away and gone to another company to avoid taking the responsibility for his dreadful work. Most of the follow up appointments were cancelled and moved, but they didn't bother actually telling us until we got there. The lack of empathy and concern for others this company has boarders on psychopathy. Seriously, if you value your body and money, give these charlatans a wide berth.

Really pushy sales to the point of being downright rude! My personal thoughts and requirements meant nothing on both calls and all I got shoved down my throat was "We're award winning", repeated 10x a call! Then "well if you can't afford award winning surgeon maybe you should wait!". The fact is, its not down to affordability its down to choosing the right company with best staff, qualified and experienced surgeons and that 'gut feeling' you like to have when you know its right. Well as far as Elanic goes, my gut was screaming RUN!!!! Perhaps they need to seriously reconsider the person who they are entrusting to 'sell' their business as this 'Charlene' was not the person for the job! I'll be avoiding and I don't think I'll regret losing out on their 'award winning surgeons' one bit!!!!!

I had a great experience nurses were lovely and my surgeon Vivek sivarajan was great a felt so relaxed and safe in his hands.

I was considering phoning this crew but after reading the lousy reviews, I think I will steer clear.

The worst experience of my life, I can’t explain how bad this was! I got breast surgery they ended up botching it and I had it re done for free. Then I had extremely bad infections and issues with scars healing still a year on my scars often open and blood comes out. When contacting them they have now told me it’s a year on so they don’t deal with my aftercare although it says online that it’s life time aftercare. If I can save anyone from this experience I would I got my money back from them but I am still very unhappy and yet have internal healing issues so I will need further corrective surgery down the line. Avoid this place
