Love it in here great music great atmosphere and staff there very nice

Near Princes street in Edinburgh, one of the few bars open till late, 3 am with live DJ and Latin atmosphere as the name suggests.

Nice music, good to dance. On Saturdays the entrance fee is 6 pounds. Last time I got there I already had some drinks. I paid cash 10 pounds and I thought I was getting back 2 pounds and 2 times 50 cents.. But, I had some drinks, so I assumed it was my own perception. This Saturday I was actually sober and exactly the same happened again.. If the extra pounds go to charity I would give it 5 stars for creativity. But since I don't believe that's the case I only give it only 3 stars for creativity. An advise for the lady at the cashier.. Don't assume everyone who gets in at 02.00 is drunk . Just check is somebody is and only then do the trick. No hard feelings, it's just one pound in the end..

Even though it gets easily crammed you can usually enjoy a good DJ with decent Latino mixes.

The place overall might seem your standard bar if it wasn't for the rude staff and specially rude bouncers.I was dancing with my girlfriend and other friends and a group of guys kept sexualizing and trying to touch me and my girlfriend after being told numerous times to stop it he ended up throwing the drink at my girlfriend and two grown men through themselves at her who got escorted out while thw other guy was laughing around and did not even get looked at twice. Clearly not a good place if your a woman, gay or just in Edinburgh. There are other latin bars to go in Edinburgh that are not sexist and homophobic and don't try to rip you off with drinks.

The DJ is horrific. Puts 3 times the same song in less than 2h, does not even know when to mute the song so his crowd can sing. You need to be extremely drunk to be able to enjoy the music and not notice how bad the DJ is. Can't believe someone can fail at putting a Spotify list on.

Is really good , and needed better from cocktel not have barman,and segurity no respect from woman
