Such an amazing experience. Had a beautiful mum and daughter afternoon. Sam and Raven are just the most wonderful therapists and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience ❤. Would definitely recommend

A wonderful experience, I would definitely recommend. The products are luxurious and natural, the staff are professional and friendly. I feel amazing.

This place has potential but fell short. The premises are beautiful, much bigger than expected with well appointed rooms and a beautifully designed relaxation zone. I had a 90 minute treatment booked in and was a guest at the hotel. The team was lovely however my therapist seemed inexperienced. She lacked the finesse and attention to detail required to really transport you to a state of bliss. For example her torso kept pressing into my head when she tried to reach the small of my back during the massage, she didn’t adjust my eye covering when massaging my neck and décolletage area so the covering pulled down uncomfortably over my eyes, the strokes felt inconsistent on each sides of the body like there was no flow to it, I could feel spiky hair growth when she used her forearms as part of the massage. The music also had vocals so I found it again hard to switch off (maybe personal preference but I prefer instrumental), I had to get changed in the change room rather than the room and then wandered aimlessly around because there wasn’t a therapist to meet me directly outside and point me to where I needed to go, when paying they had their product recommendations on the counter for me to consider which felt a bit sales pushy, maybe have them for me in the relaxation zone so I can read and consider without the girl behind the counter watching on.

I feel reborn. 2 weeks after my salt scrub and I'm still touching my knees....velvety smoooooth. Shiny skin is youthful looking skin.

Have the most beautiful and relaxing facial and foot massage. The girls that that work there are amazing!
