After a few bad experiences with another cake vendor I decided to give cake box a try. And I'm very glad I did. They were professional and very friendly. Ordered the cake I wanted for a birthday for collection and I was very pleased with it. Beautifully presented birthday cake and no compromise on quality and taste. I will from now on use cake box for all my family cake needs. Would highly recommend!

Very Disappointed. I've been ordering cakes from cake box for many years & was extremely let down by them in september 2021. cake was nothing like i ordered in the shop complete waste of my time going in and explaining the cake i would like & how on earth can they justify using UNRIPENED strawberries for decoration completely ruined the presentsentation & not nice to eat. At least 8 of the strawberries were unripened. The man who was trying to rectify their mistake was a rude dithering idiot & very unprofessional. Other customers in the shop were also receiving poor service. I will not be ordering any more cakes from the Rayners Lane branch

Absolutely amazing cake. Tastes delicious and very fresh. The design was exactly the same as it looked like online. Very good value for money and highly recommend for any occasion! Friendly staff at Rayners Lane and timely pick up service. We will be ordering again! Thank you :)
