Worst experience ever ! I never do reviews but this had done . I had my eyebrows tattooed by Marlene at this clinic, I do not believe Marlene has a sound knowledge of cosmetic tattooing at all . Marlene drew a outline of my eyebrows with the tattoo gun then coloured my eyebrows in , I had asked for a mix of powder brow and feathered I received thick full coloured brows I nearly cried , I told her how unhappy I was with them and she said “but I really like them “...if she liked them so much then maybe she would be happy walking around looking like a thunderbird.. I most certainly was not ! I then asked Marlene how we could go about removing them as I really hated them that much . she booked me in the next day to use a acid to remove the ink . While I was waiting for Marlene to get everything ready I started asking her some questions in regards to removing the tattooed eyebrows , she didn’t sound confident in her answer so I asked her if she could double check it was safe to go ahead then she told me she had purchased the product on Amazon .... alarm bells went off! by this stage I was in tears and shaking I then told Marlene I did not feel confident that she knew what she was doing and she pretty much agreed with me that she had only used a Similar product once before and that it might be best not to go ahead with the removal... seriously if she was unsure it should have not even been attempted. After feeling like I was in a horror movie in tears and shaking I told her I wanted a refund as I didn’t believe she is Qualified to be doing cosmetic tattooing ,I was given a full refund and months later I am still waiting for the scars to heal so I can have them professional removed as I was left with an infection and had to have Antibiotics.

I had a facial with microdermabrasion and exfoliation. Marlene is a consummate professional with comprehensive experience and knowledge in a wide range of beauty services. You are in safe hands with her. I recommend her services without reservation.
