Staff really helpful and safe storage. Easy access

Customer service was fine, but the boxes themselves were terrible given the price. I used old boxes that were much better. I paid 45 for a bundle of boxes and 3 of them split. They are probably great for storage, but not for moving. The large boxes just didn't hold up and the mediums were not great either. The small ones had the most weighty objects in them and they were fine! So probably just dont get anything over a medium if you are using them to move. Price is definitely fair, if they were as good as the price suggests. However they are not. Would definitely never use again.

Really good service and greatvprices for the first two months. I woukd guve 5 star but they are only open until 6pm during the week, 4pm on sat and 3pm on sunday. Not ideal for a person who works fulltime and wants to move items during the week.

Purchased a house moving pack of boxes they were the most reasonable I could find. Ordered online to pick up that day. You can also drop in, packs are in ready made sizes i.e 2bed, 3bed etc. Also boxes can be bought separately in numerous sizes. I have never needed to use the self storage dept. Although a friend highly recommends them.

Customer for over 8 years, they've always been friendly and accommodating. And when I had some difficulties, they were understanding, helpful, and good communicators. The storage is dry & safe, with excellent facilities. Thanks guys, my furniture looks like the day I left it.
