Tried to call but getting no answer..I ordered something from America..it found its way to Edinburgh MC...so in the safe hands of Royal Mail where ALL my mail goes through..but marked as Undeliverable..the postie couldn't find my address yesterday so being returned....since I can't get through to someone to put a stop to that I'll have to wait well over a week to be reimbursed..that's if it doesn't go missing in transit...

Fuming, paid over 8 quid for 'guaranteed by 1pm next day delivery'. 2 days later, and it still hasn't left Edinburgh...My advice is not to buy anything from Scotland (as it goes via Edinburgh) if you're in a hurry (no offence to the Scottish) but the management at Edinburgh MC need sacking!

Non existent customer service. Phoned 4 times today, they hang up on me all four times even before I could say 'Hello'. They had my Royal Mail track and trace item for 3 weeks now and it has not moved at all. Unable to find any information why or what is happening.
