Stayed at Castle Terrace for a long weekend. The flat was very clean with an amazing huge comfortable bed in the main bedroom. Location was fantastic, we were able to walk everywhere. Easy bus journey from the airport into the city. Would definitely stay again.

Bear in mind your rent will not cover 24hr hot water or heating. (Hot water is only provided 7-10am and 6-10pm; never notify us on this setup). You will be happy with them if you don’t mind having precious hot water only during preset hours (and you wouldn’t know the precious hours beforehand):) No complaint is acceptable to them. Terrible company, never worse. Not reliable, never show face, no care and worst “service” ever. The lady did not bother taking your calls or calling you back. Never devote your holiday to such a place. The address is fake they do not base in there. Hideous people hideous company.

Having recently used Edinburgh-Flats I would recommend them to anyone looking for gorgeous apartments in the city centre. The staff were extremely helpful and willing to help in any way they could. Will definitely be using again.
