This is the best gym I have been too I have been here since they opened and it's more like a family than a gym they keep you motivated and they are always there when u need help I have lost 40kgs with the help of the trainers here

Good gym, can get busy at peak times. Free weights, weight machines, 3 racks and sled track downstairs. Cardio machines, cycle studio and functional bay upstairs. Infra red saunas in the change rooms.

One of the poor and money minded gym do not get caught there are so many gyms in the town without contract better to join there once you sign the contract they won't care about you, they care only about your money later. Better new bee think twice before join.
