Excellent service. Sales staff did not try and push me to buy a car. I decided in my own time. Mark and his manager listened to what I wanted and discussed the different models and price points. They never once did a hard sell which is why I went back to them and not to a different car dealer which was nearer. I would buy from them again!

Cannot recommend Gary and the team highly enough. They really are the beta dealer I have ever dealt with (and I’ve bought many cars so have dealt with a lot!). Nothing is too much trouble, communication is excellent and they truly look after their customers in every way. This is the second car we have bought from them in the last 2 months and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

My car needed a service and I had delayed booking one. Suddenly the oil warning light came on and I knew I needed to take immediate action. I phoned Eden and they were able to book my car in the following day. I took the first appointment of the day and waited for my car. Unfortunately it needed two new tyres as well but the service receptionist was able to do me a deal on these. I was not happy with the money I had to spend out, but feel happy that everything is now sorted with the minimum of fuss. The staff were polite. Whilst at Eden I also looked into the possibility of part exchanging my car. I am still thinking about this. The sales staff were also very polite and helpful. I have been to a Eden before and would definitely go back there again.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Polite, professional and kept informed at every step. The work completed on my vehicle was of a high standard and the vehicle faults have now been resolved where other vauxhall dealers had failed in the past. Highly recommended.

I had my offer tailored to my needs and also got few extra perks from a fantastic sales team. My new car was ready for collection next morning !
