This is by far one of the best spas I've experienced. The venue and grounds are beautifully kept, the hospitality staff are friendly and seem to appear just as you need them. The food is delicious be and well portioned, it is also served promptly so you can get back to enjoying your day. The treatment staff make every effort to make you feel comfortable, safe and listen to any special attention you might need in regards to area of focus during your massage. They have range of thermal rooms and similar to try,. It I have to admit... A recharge in the nap pods was just the ticket to enjoy the rest of the afternoon, so I highly recommend the slumber lounge.

It was a relaxing treat for myself and friends. I do think the twilight spa should be 4 hours instead of 3 as it just seemed a little rushed. But we all loved the food and the evening. We felt Covid safe and felt it was a good step back to normality. Thank you Eden hall for last night xx

An average spa, nothing special. It was far to crowded to be enjoyable, very loud when using the pool and steam room area. People just chatting loudly in saunas and steam rooms while others are trying to relax. Even the slumber lounge had people whispering, I don't know why some people have a hard time being quiet. Food wasn't great, mass produced . Not what I had expected. Pool area needed a little TLC . We won't be back , there are much better places around for the same price

First time visiting a spa and I absolutely loved it! We had the twilight spa package and the saunas, pool, slumber lounge and food was all amazing. The staff were all very kind and helpful. I definitely felt more relaxed afterwards and would love to take another trip sometime!

Great place for a spa treat day! The facilities are excellent, everything is very clean and there are many areas to choose from. The sit down meal was lovely and the service and food in the cafe area was also very good. I booked 2 treatments and each were excellent...would certainly recommend this spa!
