Bit disappointed due to the price. We drove all day . Then informed at 1.30. We couldn't access our room until 2pm. Not a minute before . So we had to sit in the car park. Bit rude. Never been treated like that by a motel We couldn't sit on porch. As the air-conditioning was loud.and blowing hot air. At night we had cockroaches in the room. Will stay elsewhere in the future.

Getting inside was a bit of a mission. Each room has a designated car space out the back, but you have to walk around the block to get through the front, as there's no rear access without a key. Overall, we found this motel to be clean, comfortable, and well-located to the beach and eateries. The pool is lovely. We'd be happy to stay there again. It's got Foxtel (more than just basic channels), and a spa (make sure you switch the pump on under the sink. That had us confused for a moment). If you don't plan on cooking, you could comfortably stay for a few days, or longer. The rooms are comfortable, but not huge, so I'd suggest to meet guests at one of the nearby restaurants or cafes.

This is a very good place to stay in Hervey Bay. Nice clean and spacious unit. Parking, lift and pool. On the Esplanade opposite the beach with plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Would recommend. Great value.
