Supplied and fitted 11 windows for us. Excellent company in every aspect, quality products, perfect customer service and a very good installation. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend .

Positives and negatives using Eco Frame. The booking and fitting team did a great job and the windows are good quality. However, the after sales care when we needed a handle replacing was very poor. I would be prepared to wait for anything that may need fixing during the warranty period.

Great for trade windows or for general public as well all are welcome good prices used them many times in the past good service quick turnaround.

Poor service poor installation poor after care. There is definitely no Ecoframes guarantee as they claim. Caused damage to my property due to poor installation and won't accept responsibility despite a reputable builder advising that this is the reason for the damage. Came up with tin pot excuses and then ignored me. Definitely don't recommend.

Terrible company do not use we waited 6 months from start to finish for 2 external doors. Was told numerous lies about why they couldn’t do the job on the days the previous booked in. Seemed as if the didn’t give care about the quality of the job just the amount they get paid No compensation given what’s so ever. Just a apology.

DO NoT use this company for fitting bi folding doors. In case you don’t want to read any further at least check the insurance Ecoframe UPVC gave you because it does not cover faulty workmanship. A year ago they finally fitted our doors ( understandable covid restrictions but also dreadful organisation delayed the work which had been scheduled for Feb 2020). In April 2021 we opened them up but they virtually collapsed. The fitting was shockingly bad and the doors has slipped and the aluminium bent at the bottom and could not be mended. Insurance rejected the claim because the fault was with bad workmanship not goods/equipment, trading standards also were not interested because the original company had gone into liquidation.A new contractor had to be employed as Eco frame UPVC ignored our calls ( they had previously been Eco frame Doors and Windows but Eco frame UPVC are the same company, set up with almost the same name and even at the same address at first, with a 4 month overlap so that trading could continue. A year on and we are still waiting for new doors which we have to replace at our own cost - covid related delays. The manager hasn’t had the decency to reply to my letter - no apology or sense of responsibility. I could give more details … Do not use this company.

Brilliant service from the company. Excellent workmanship on our new door. Polite and friendly installers who did an excellent job. Made sure alarm was working when finished and did a good clean up afterwards. Highly recommended. Thank you all concerned. Regards Barry Green

Incredible service from start to finish. Absolutely over the moon with the way the windows and doors were fitted. Excellent communication throughout from decking a quote to after care. Reasonably and competitively priced. Very professional, friendly and respectful. I would 💯 recommend this company to all my friends and family. They've done such a wonderful job without any damage being caused inside or outside of the house. (No I was not paid to write this review 🤣) We liked them so much we will be arranging another visit for the cellar door to be replaced. I feel so safe and secure in my home now our windows and doors have been replaced! Thank you so much 💓
