A small store with a friendly and efficient service and a good collection.

Love my new ecco boots, thank you very very much to the knowledgeable shop assistant who helped me get the fit just right and also for the free socks which are really soft and lovely!

Helpful staff, nice footwear

Kelly in the Bath store helped me today. The service was outstanding. Her keenness to find the right fit of shoe for me was impressive. Very small shop, and as a result they don't have as wide an array of options as other shoe shops nearby. Pretty pricey, and the shop always seems empty. Worth quickly stopping in if you're shoe shopping in Bath since the others are close by and something might take your fancy.
