The one star I've given is for Emil and his colleague who came out to fix the ridiculous problems we had, otherwise it's no stars.
We bought a Pavilion summerhouse and the two original lads who came to build it made a complete mess. Firstly, we had no contact prior to delivery to say "we're coming on Monday, we'll be there roughly 10am etc." - the routine contact that you'd expect a decent company to have, which had alarm bells ringing. I rang up to ask where they were at 10.50am, obviously a bit concerned with zero contact since booking it in March, to be told "they've just left now." They turned up and we'd paid extra to have the wood cut into shorter pieces so it could be brought through the house, but they'd left the roof too big. We had to disturb our neighbour which is exactly why I paid more - to avoid this. They built it in about 4 hours and shortly after they left (without showing us their work as they'd legged it out the door as quick as they could) we found the floor was sinking on one side, the door wasn't correctly fitted and there were screws hanging out everywhere. They left most of their rubbish in our garden and unbelievably even threw broken glass in our compost bin. As I said, they didn't even bother showing us the work they'd done, just legged it. I'm not surprised either considering how bad it was. We found cigarette butts around the garden and one of the lads was spitting while working on the build too. Then we had to try to get it fixed, which was a joke. They need to work on their customer service - telling people with issues that you'll "pass a message on" is absolutely pointless when we needed action. It wasn't until we got in touch with trading standards they miraculously "took control" of the situation and sent somebody out. They came out on the Friday, confirmed the floor was an embarrassment, told us they'd reinforce and board it, and said they'd ring on Monday. No phone call came. Once again we had to get on the phone. Eventually, Emil and his colleague (whose name I didn't get) reinforced the floor, boarded it and fixed the door and screws hanging out everywhere. He even tried to pick the glass out of the compost bin which I had to stop him doing because he would've cut himself. Honestly, Emil's too good to be working for this company.
Honestly, you think you're paying for what you get, but the cost of the shed isn't worth it for the final product. I doubt it'll be the last time I'll be on the phone to them, but it certainly won't be for a new product, and I'll be insisting Emil comes to fix any issues should there be any. Avoid at all costs and use a different company unless you want issues, but insist on Emil if you really do want to use this company.
