Stayed over for a night with a friend, it was okay and in line with the price we paid, parking was £5 which again, was acceptable. The receptionists were lovely and helpful. We did have to ask for the TV remote which was behind reception, for some odd reason and was a little broken, but worked anyway. We also asked had to ask for some cups/cutlery. It would be nice to have at least some disposable cups left in the room, as well as a bin. The room was clean, although it did have a strong smell when we walked in, it wasn't unpleasant per se, but it was very strong. Toilet/shower was on the small side, but works okay. It's a good place to stay if in need for an overnight stay or short-term, but not for anything longer. The courtyard area is accessible, although you walk through what seems to be an emergency door, receptionists said that this was okay though - it would be nice to have a clear sign to that part, as it is quite nice, with chairs and tables.
Overall, it was okay for the money we paid and would suffice for a layover/1-night stay.
