Under new ownership. Young lady who works in shop is very helpful, however older woman, presumably owner is rude, disrespectful, abrupt and confrontational with any issues you may encounter. Do not recommend. Another shop a block away are wonderful and courteous.

Currently having to deal with Trading Standards over ruined 50.00 pillow. Easy admit liability yet refuse to replace pillow. Do not recommend at all. Having read you reply. I'm further appalled. Where are you stating these facts from. Please quote your source and also advise why no disclaimer was advised as is your responsibility I also at this stage have washed another pillow, exact same. I'm handing into another laundry for drying today, time will tell!

Very professional and clean service. The staff are always extremely helpful and welcoming. They offer such great service and the rates are compared to other places out there. Best place to go for washing, dry cleaning and ironing. Wouldn't go anywhere else!
