I just made an appointment for my new car to fix the passenger side door. Lexus strongly recommended me to go to this company to fix the door. I am seriously looking forward to see their job. For start I would give them 5 stars, because ,I've been in contact with them few times and they are fast and good in estimate. I will be back with the result.

My car went in for body repairs on November 2nd 2021 and I still have not got my car back and this

My car went in for body repairs on November 2nd 2021 and I still have not got my car back and this is December 3rd 2021. I have had to chase them all the time and have had conflicting statements about why there is a delay. They never call back when they say they would and they do not have a complaints department to register complaints. I would avoid this company as they have no customer service at all, it seems they go out their way to be as awkward as possible.
