I can tell you now from a person who has used the easten for years that the staff and customers are very welcoming in the pass any issues I have had were dealt with quickly and professionally the lady who runs the fitness classes does any amazing job of making the class fun and will happily help you or chat with you if you ever have questions to ask she is happy to answer them it a very happy and welcoming places 😊

Women' s toilet inside the swimming pool area is out of order since a month and no toilet rool in disable toilet. Kids can't even take a shower after using the pool cause after 10 seconds member of staff is shouting that it's enought 🙄. Not how it suppose to be...
