Service isn't poor but lack of information between broker and hire company. After paying additional insurance for the car when arrived was told of additional insurance almost £3000 via credit card block. Or pay £190 which was double the payment of the hire of the car (crazy). We left disappointed going to look at an alternative. DOUBLE CHECK GUYS SO YOUR NOT DISAPPOINTED!

Close to airport, pleasant staff. No problems with the car. Standard hiring procedures with credit card block of £1600, but was cancelled few days after end of rent. Smooth transaction.

Well, the service is ok, cannot say anything bad. But the insurance policy it's making this overall from usual, so instead to pay a certain amount which I saw in advert, I was needed to empty the pocket just for a typical car. That's make us feel a bit weird. Well well well......

Poor information given by both the broker and the rental car company. Location of place was away from all the other rental car companies in the airport. the place was very 'shabby' and member of staff disappeared after I made him aware I would return with credit card which required a £1500 deposit.

There are loads of fake reviews on this site, mostly written with the same format, to pull it up to more stars. They are not even worth one star. This is the worst car rental place I have ever rented from. They were aggressive, inefficient and dishonest. It took them more than one hour to get the car - they kept pressuring and trying to charge for changes and extras. On return, I filled the car up, but the petrol gauge didn't go right up to full. They wanted to charge for extra fuel, so I went back to the petrol station to make sure (I thought maybe I had made a mistake) but it was indeed full. Petrol gauge still at 3/4. I took it back and expressed my displeasure, and they threatened to take legal action against me, for what? For being unhappy? I almost missed my plane. Make sure never to rent from this place.

Took here a car in Spring for several months and wanted to say you THANKS for great price and service. I was little bit scared by low rating, but as a result - if you drive carefully, everything will be fine. Especially thanks to the guy who helped me with picking the car up, unfortunately, I don`t remember his name, but we had a very interesting conversation about russian political life. Staff are completely rude. I suggest that you never go with this company ever. Its a total scam. They promised to give me a full refund after i literally had to scream at them and then i only got a partial refund and im still waiting for them to send the rest and its been over 3 weeks. Please make sure you do not go with this company. This was over a year ago and now you find the time to reply. it shows just how unorganised and unprofessional you are as a company. I will never forgive you for what you did to us.

A little hiccup getting my car, not ideal having to walk to the travel lodge but the staff member was very apologetic and helpful

Hard to access but smooth transaction. Flexible on return times which helped tremendously during a stressful move.
