Worst car rental company I have ever dealt with. They handed me a car which was very damaged from the beginning. The entire left side of the car, including the rims, had scratches and bumps. Although this was signed off, they conveniently left out a part of the back-tire rim, and when I returned the car, they claimed I damaged it. Unfortunately, I had to get to the airport, so I did not have a lot of time to argue. They charged me 210 pounds for the rim on the spot, claiming “it would take a very long time for your 1500 pound deposit to return otherwise”. I should have read the reviews before choosing for this company, there’s a very good reason that there are more 1 star reviews than all others combined. For those unfortunate enough to rent through this company: make sure to take pictures of every single inch of the car before signing for it, these scumbags will definitely try to scam you.

I would give it a a zero if I could. They just randomly charged my credit for 700 euros because they figured the damage was worth more than 1100Euros which was already paid 2 months ago. No intimation, No invoice, No email, Nothing. Just charged my credit card. Forget the legitimacy of the charge but at least have the decency to inform people before you charge them an amount.

Staff were very friendly and non confrontational. One felt like they were genuinely trying to help. However, they were not able to honour the unlimited mileage from our Webjet booking so we had to pay an extra £7/day. Also, there was confusion about the driver so we ended up paying a young driver surcharge too. To be fair, it was mostly Webjet who were at fault.

[SCAM] This agency should be sued and closed. The manager (Ross) and his agents are not honest people and I now have the confirmation seeing all the other negative reviews. They charged me 150£ and the agent positioned this as a deposit while it was billed as an insurance (which I already have from RentalCars). I was not careful enough to check the details of the bill, so I take responsibility for my mistake but when I called them to complaint I had a strange feeling that this was not the first time they were defending themselves for this. I think their strategy is to try to be listed as one of the cheapest car rental providers in Rental Car and then try to steal you some money in some way.

I only saw the reviews for Easirent once I'd already made my booking so was extremely skeptical about what to expect but I was very happy with the service I received and the assistance given from the sales people at the desk. The gentleman was friendly and very helpful, both at pick up and drop off. Like many others I didn't read the small print so only realised at the airport that I needed to call for a shuttle to take me to the pickup point. This however went without hitch and the wait times were minimal. The only reason I don't rate them a 5 is that the park home type office could do with a make over and when leaving I slipped and fell on their outside ramp which was covered with ice. That should have been dealt with before customers were allowed to walk there. Other than that I have no complaints and would certainly make use of Easirent again.

Good cars, but could take a long time to get the car, some travel distance from the airport. However consistently cheaper than on airport companies. I rented from them twice so far, no issues, will do it again. Most importantly they do not try to charge you for the damages you did not make like some other off airport companies.

Pretty good. Cheap as chips and shuttle a bit inconvenient but car was good, car return was easy and no fights about damage etc. Recommend.

You get what you pay for. Do not expect a Satnav or such like. For usage along motorway or near cities, this company is fine. But for trips into isolated locations, I would not trust their support or services enough.
