5/ 5

This is my regular morning commute station for a choice of District Line or Piccadilly Line, both usually have a good service going in to Central London. but return journey from Hammersmith always seems a drama with delays and congested trains. I gave a five star because the station itself is clean and love the coffee shop there, i also like the concept of books available to borrow and in return you can leave one of your own for someone else.

There's a good service here to central London though there aren't as many trains towards Rayners Lane as I'd like. Nicely built station though.

Fast and easy to use with good links to central London, it can become more better,Ealing Common is a London Undergroundstation on the Uxbridge branch of the Piccadilly line and on the Ealing Broadwaybranch of the District line. Eastbound, the next station is Acton Town; westbound, the next station is North Ealing on the Piccadilly line and Ealing Broadway on the District line. The two platform station serves all Piccadilly lineand District line services including Ealing Broadway, Rayners Lane, Uxbridge, Cockfosters and Upminster. Here, the District and Piccadilly share the same pair of tracks through the station – the only other example where a deep level line and a sub surface line share the same pair of tracks is the Metropolitan and Piccadilly lines between Rayners Lane and Uxbridge. It is the only station west of Acton Town to be served by both the Piccadilly and District lines.
