Junior member of staff was run off his feet trying to man the counter and support people using the automatic machines. When we asked whether one of the two staff at the business and foreign desk (no customers) could serve people at the counter we were told, none too politely, to use the automatic machines. Does it ever occur to them that customers may have difficulties which prevent them from doing this? Decided to use the post office in West Ealing where providing a good service is regarded as standard. We shall not be returning. A pity it is not possible to leave no stars.

Queued for 40 minutes with one member of staff serving to be told that they couldn't give me an international driving licence as they did not have any forms. When asked why not - don't know. When asked what am I supposed to do- try another post office. Worst service I have ever experienced. Farcical......

If you thought the Ealing post office was bad when it was in the WH Smiths shop before they moved to the Ealing Broadway Centre, totally avoid the new post office in the new WH Smiths. Only 1 person at the 3 counters serving customers, 1 member of staff hiding behind a pile of papers in the 2-counter section for "business" and foreign currency. And 2 women attempting to bully customers into using the self-service machines. When I finally got to the one counter in action, I asked why the other 2 weren't in use. "We are only allowed to have one counter open" came the reply. A dreadful branch and to be avoided at all costs.

First of all the staff are not approachable and you can not find what your looking for, they are always moving stuff around. Second of all the cues are too long and that is not helpful to the elderly. Last but not least the post office is always moving and when you want to go there you have to go in another big cue. IT'S NOT LIKE IT USED TO BE ! BEING BACK THE OLD POST OFFICE !

Chronically understaffed. Middle of a weekday and only 1 of 3 counters staffed. Photo both out of order on both my visits. Paper and reciepts on the floor. Awful.
