Sleeping retail park with a dull atmosphere. Traffic flow is horrendous on a busy day. IKEA next door is better.

Great range of furniture, great staff, knowledgeable and friendly, can't do enough for you. Will be a regular customer as there is some great deals.

We visited the store for the first time last week and were given amazing service by Charlotte. Charlotte was very knowledgeable, extremely helpful and a breath of fresh air! Definitely worth a visit.

Everyone please be aware when buying from this company. The sofa I bought after 14 months is covered in bobbles and in poor condition. Apparently this is natural with this type of material. Funny they didn't tell me this when I paid £1600 for a pair of sofas. We don't have kids or any pets and it's not used loads. Customer services have fobbed me off on many occasions, not ringing back when say they are going to and have now told me nothing can be done. JOKE OF A COMPANY, PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS BEFORE GIVING THEM YOUR MONEY. I certainly won't be buying from them again!

Great, staff were really helpful and friendly and managed to get the perfect sofa overall experience was brilliant.

attention, I am waiting for my order from March 9, no one has contacted me yet, it is May 6. I have arranged delivery three times, but I have still not received it for 2 months with the children and my wife is sitting on the floor and my sofa corner is still no delvere, I feel cheated by such a good company as Dwell

Yes, their furniture is nice, modern design, however, their delivery service is very poor. We had to wait for 6 weeks to get a set of chairs delivered because they only deliver one day a week in our area, and this is not the same day every week which makes it so difficult to coordinate with our schedules. Basically, clients do not decide when they can get their products delivered to them... this is dictated by Dwell... We were not informed of this at the shop, which would have changed our decision to buy these in the first instance. Something for the company to improve on...
