Poor, was recovered by RAC who rang this garage to confirm they'd be able to take a look and was told they were busy but should be able to take a look that afternoon and should be done the following day. Called a couple of times to check progress and it hadn't been looked at yet by afternoon second day. Around 2:30pm they called me back to say I was putting them under pressure and they wouldn't do the work on it so I'd need to come and collect it. When I got back to the garage to pick up my car, I was told RAC should have confirmed they had space available (they did) and it would be a difficult fix even though they'd never looked at it... Would not recommend, very poor service, won't be returning.

Recently used DW Motors after the suspension went on my car. The RAC recovered the car to this garage and they were able to fix it on the same day which was really helpful. The staff were friendly and put my mind at ease. I would recommend this garage and would use them again.

Can't fault the guys here, very open book. Nothing hidden, just had my vivaro in for a gearbox overhaul. Back on the road within a week. They are on the ball, very honest and do as they say. When they say. Won't use anywhere else.

Great service. They undertook a repair on our van a few months ago, which involved replacing an oil cooler. They were really helpful dealing with a warranty company (who turned out to be terrible to deal with) and provided a reasonable priced repair. They were also really good at explaining everything & communicating with us.
