I brought my kids here for swimming lessons, travelled from the opposite end of stoke to get there and find the instructor hasn't even turned up and my kids were just sitting there at the side of the pool watching the other kids swim as he couldn't look after all the kids on his own. This should have been mentioned before we brought them to the lessons to save us a wasted journey. Would not recommend this place for kids swimming lessons unless you want to be massively let down.

Unfortunately, I have to agree with the fact that some of the staff have an attitude problem! Guys you need to realise that the gym members are not there for you- you are there for us! Your wage is based on the gym members, so simply be humble! If it comes to the gym equipment and also the swimming pool, I am very satisfied with it 🙂👌However, there are two or even three ‘Class rooms’, on the first floor, that can NOT be used for individuals, just because there is no cctv in place! Nonsense! I could not skip on the skipping rope there, so a big minus for that!

I have been member for a 5 months now. Great equipment, friendly staff. My reason for joining the gym was swimming pool and jacuzzi. Pool seems like it needs water changing more often and jacuzzi often out of order. Membership is not cheap compare to other places. Wish they could improve this as overall great gym with good classes...
