A very efficient and friendly service from everyone. Lots of updates by both phone and email, first rate communication, preparation for each viewing and valuable feedback - I felt informed at all stages. I genuinely felt you were all anxious to achieve a satisfactory sale as smoothly as possible and genuinely pleased for me when all was settled. The whole experience has been a very positive one and I honestly enjoyed the whole process with you. Just keep doing what you do - friendly and thoroughly professional service. After 6 months of house buying stress, seeing 2 houses fall through and dealing with other estate agents who lacked customer service skills I can honestly say that the Service provided by Karen and her team was exceptional throughout the process. The way they dealt with my partner and I was professional and we would purchase/sell through this agent again. Their excellent service was demonstrated on our completion day which turned out to be nothing short of a disaster due to a near collapse of our chain. With two distressed new home owners desperate for their keys the team leaped into action discussion the situation with our vendors and both solicitors to ensure we got the keys as planned. The staff stayed past their opening hours without putting any pressure on us! Although late we got our keys on the agreed day! Thank you Durbins!

10 Years ago i met Karen of Durbins Tonteg . when times for me were not good . She came and valued my house in Efai Isaf and within 30 minuetes of taking photos had 2 prospective buyers outside bidding to buy which we sold to the highest bidder and pleased with price . .Over the past 10 years my wife and i have bought numerous properties ans resold through Durbins . Karen and her team have allways been at hand for help and advise in our transactions , they access prospective buyers before viewing and you know if they make a offer they can proceed and not just coming to have a look . There integrity on honest approach is refreshing in these days and with the popularity of internet agents , its still good to see the agent face to face where you gain confidence in the agent , not just a email . Sold my house with Durbins a number of months ago and couldn’t rate them highly enough! Karen and the team were absolutely fantastic and we couldn’t have asked for more from them. From valuation to the physical sale Durbins were professional at every challenge presented (To which there were a few). They were in constant communication with me, almost on a daily basis at one point and knew exactly what needed to be done at every stage of the process. At the quotation stage it was clear there was no obligation to use them and at no point were they pushy or chased the progression of the sale. It was set out at the start that if I wanted the matter progressed I was to contact them and that was stuck to. It’s clear that they care about their clients and want them to feel at ease with the service they provide. They are more than aware of the stresses that the process puts on people and will do anything and everything to reduce this for you. I thought that selling a property during the Covid restrictions would be an absolute nightmare but the Durbins team went above and beyond to make the whole process as painless as possible. Friendly, patient and responsive, there was always someone there to take my calls and responds to my emails would come back the same day. Karen and Matthew kept on top of the buyers solicitors, hassling them when it was needed to keep things moving along, and kept me up to speed with regular updates. Exceptional service. Would highly recommend.

Recently used Peter Alan to try and get a sale on my house. Useless. Their contract is for 6 months and they don't really care about selling it very much. Durbins sold my house within 24 hours! They are far far better. They take a vested interest and target the right buyers for your property. 10 out of 10
