I had my nails done today 20/06/21 I asked the man a nice simple design and when he had done them they looked nothing like the design, I then asked him to just paint over it as I didn’t like it. The guy was being so rough aswell twisting my arms around when I was just letting my arm and hand be flexible as you do when getting ur nails done, he then started to dig his nails into my nails and hands whilst holding them and not going to lie it hurt a lot, he then hurt me with the electric file and I then had to pull my hand away as it hurt, I then paid £25 for an infill which I really didn’t want to pay for that as I didn’t like the way my nails looked and he hurt me a lot during the time I was in the nail salon, I am looking to get a refund or something as I didn’t like the way I was being treated🤬
