I am a new patient at this surgery after being a patient at Park Health Centre for years. Staff and GP's have been really good. My partner has been at Duke Medical Centre for a long time and has nothing but good to say about it which is why I transferred after Park Health Centre merged with Manor Park. If you want meet rude receptionists go to Park Health Centre!!!

Hello , what can l say about this practice ......l have only be with them for a few short weeks after being at my last pratice for 47 years ......... l have nothing but admiration for the Doctors who have welcomed me from the very first visit . The reception staff and nursing /healthcare workers are lovely and helpful and l cannot thank them all enough . My Husband has been at this practice for around 50 yrs and he too has always had so much respect for all the Doctors. Thank you all of you and a special mention to Dr.Mulohtra who is a wonderful lady.

Visited today for a 8:30am appointment for a fasting blood test. Wasn't seen for blood test as 'systems' were down. This has had to be rearrange for a weeks time. No communication or apology. I had to approach reception 3 times to find out what was happening as I had to go to work. Requested appointment to the Hub as indicated on the website which do out of hours appointments and Saturdays - reception not helpful/ saying they don't know what that is, though this is an option available on the website. Website says appointments available from 8am but reception saying only from 8:30am: again unclear coms. GP's walking in at 8:45/8:50am examples that from the top - no one cares about patients as they don't come in in time to see patients. Recently requested a phone consultation with time - was wrong over hr later than original booked time. Covid booster clinic moved to the back surgery but no staff proactive enough to make a poster so people know where to go/ reduce queues at the front door. Badly organised/ badly run surgery.! Once blood test actually completed next week I am moving surgeries
