DSM Security edinburgh

We had an alarm fitted by David today. From first point of contact to fitting of alarm the service was excellent. Professional staff, would recommend them. I chose the company from the 5 star reviews and that it was local, not disappointed.

Brilliant service. David came to give a quote, there was no BS just honest advice based on his experience. Email questions were answered almost immediately by Justine. The quote was a lot less than I expected and although it wasn't the cheapest I had, based on the reviews and the service I had already received I decided to go with DSM. Engineer came within the allotted hour I was given and I was happy to see it was a woman! She did an excellent job fitting the alarm keeping me updated throughout the 2 hours it took to do and even hoovered the carpet where she had had to drill holes to fit the panel after she had finished! She showed me how to use the panel, set me up with the app and how to use it and she was on her way. Overall a great experience and highly recommended. Thanks DSM.

Recently got house alarm from DSM. Very quick, efficient and friendly installation by Tricia and Davie. They made the whole process remarkably easy. I am happy to recommend this company.

Diligent and thoughtful. Installed neatly CCTV, alarm, door entry system and may even be able to customise and add a flood alarm for me. Very responsive. I thought I had a problem (I didn't) and they came the next day! Very pleased.

Had my alarm installed today by David. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very competent doing his work. He explained what he could do for me & what was most effective. David and his team completed a highly complex and tricky job installing cctv and sensor lights for a historic church in the Edinburgh World Heritage Site on time, on budget, with speed and efficiency. They showed exceptional sensitivity to the architecture. They were consistently friendly, helpful and upbeat. They went the extra mile, and their price was very competitive.

Excelling service, products and customer service -huge thanks team. Great catch up this morning with DSM while upgrading my older system that was installed nine years ago. Security products still going strong just required bringing up to date.
