I was struggling for almost 12 years than someone advised me to come to DM. Very professional and experienced associates and solicitors. I, first came to see Jacqueline Moore and after she'd left Janey Armstrong took over my case, she kept me informed of each and every stage of application and gave best possible professional advice with regards to application. People think that solicitors are only after money, Janey busted this myth as she was very flexible when I was struggling with money and made easy and affordable payment arrangements for me so that I can continue with my case as well as keep paying through affordable installments towards my case. Thanks to Lyndsay Cumming for her patience and professionalism, I must have called many time yet she kept her calm and answered to any queries I did have in a understandable and clear way. Like I said its not about just 1 or 2 years, my struggle of 12 years comes to an end with the help of most supportive and professional immigration team of Drummomd Millers. I will only be coming back to DM if in future ever required any assistance. Thanks ever so much Janey, Lindsay and Sarah.

I still clearly remembered the time I've got my first appointment with Mrs. Jacqueline Moore. After a brief introduction, she started to collect the information that related to my current immigration situation. When all her questions finished, she re-stated my case accurately and gave us*(my husband and me) specific future application plans right away. I have to say Mrs. Jacqueline, Mr. Blair (her right-hand legal support), and the rest of her team are accurate, straightforward and professional. From our first consultation to weeks after the application was submitted to HM, we were always well informed. With a list of needed documents the law firm had provided us, we were able to submit the exact documents to HM office, which I must say was very important to help and fasten my visa process. I consider myself a very detail oriented person, sometimes pushing the boundaries on the patience of the person providing the details. So I was very relieved and pleased when I found that both Jacqueline and Blair were not only knowledgeable in their field but also have a similar attitude as me towards their work. Thanks to Jacqueline and her legal team, I was able to obtain my visa and continue living in the UK. It has magnificent meaning to me because I was facing a tough situation that I might have to go back to my country alone but my younger daughter was only a month old. Needless to say, if I ever have any other needs, I would definitely go with Drummond Miller again, and I would recommend it in a heartbeat to anyone who is looking for legal help.

I can't thank Janey and the team at Drummond Miller enough. Without their help, I'm almost certain the outcome of our spouse visa application would have been very different. This is a difficult process to navigate alone, and it was worth every extra penny to have their professional support through out it! Thanks again to every one involved!

Janey has now handled two successful visa applications for my husband, who had a previous refusal. She has always been calm and reassuring as well as extremely professional, helpful and knowledgeable. She is very patient with stressed clients asking lots of silly questions! We will definitely ask Janey to help again with our next visa application and would gladly recommend Janey and Drummond Miller.

Obtaining a spouse visa extension for a non-UK citizen is a pretty stressful business, but our solicitor Lauryn McCrorie was supportive, thorough and communicative throughout the process. It was so reassuring to have Lauryn working on our behalf - can’t thank her enough.
