What a joke, been trying to get an appointment for 3 weeks now on a Monday as I work the rest and they keep offering me one on a Tuesday. Tell you what I will just loose a day's pay so I can see a NHS doctor.

Called to get dentist guy on phone says line busy. He gave me direct number. I had to ask him to slow down as bespoke so fast three time I asked him. I felt as if I was bothering him.

Receptionist is absolutely disgusting. My friend who has mental health issues was laughed at by the receptionist when she phoned to get the number for another department. She was rude and arrogant to my friend who I now need to go and check.to see if shes ok. Time for a new receptionist with empathy and compassion.

Ignorant and unhelpful reception staff especially the small guy with the short hair.Seen people coming in and asking for certain things and this guy just finished fobbed them off.One woman had came for the Covid vaccine but was meant to go to the Donald Dewar centre, and thus guy just said I don't know where it is ,I don't know can't help you.Considering it's five minutes walk from it and they should know considering its part of the NHS for just now administrating vaccines for people and possibly there will be people coming in asking where it is.Totally UN professional on that guy behalf and shouldn't be in a job if he's talking to people like that.I seen him in the space of twenty minutes being unhelpful towards four different people.

Had blocked ear cause of infection and I cannot hear for over 4 weeks. My doctor asked me to book appointment for next week and the girl on the phone told me that the first available appointment would be after two months!!!! That means that I would be without hearing for over 3 months. We pay health tax for this kind of treatment. Unacceptable.
