Surgery with staff and doctors who care about their patients and are always there to help. Same day emergency appointments when required. Quick referrals when you need further investigations. Would completely recommend to people moving to the area.

Although the doctors are lovely and helpful, it’s so hard to get an appointment as reception always seems like they don’t care about their jobs. Sometimes very rude, always take forever to speak to and more often than not they send you away because they “have no space”

Shocking service - for two days I have been unable to get through to either surgeries. I get put in a queue which just rings and rings before being cut off! I have had to resort to using a walk in service and waiting 4 hours because I cannot get in contact with my own surgery!!

Having been with this surgery for the majority of my life, and remember it being in the building of Rowlands pharmacy. Sadly the efficiency of the service is somewhat lacking. The online booking is a bit of a joke as there are never any appointments available. The telephone booking service isn't much better either. The receptionists seem to change regularly and don't really seem to know they are doing. I guess because they're not in the job long enough. If you need a follow up appointment, it's unlikely that you will see the same doctor. Then you seem to start back at the beginning with them having a differing point of view from the original doctor. Years ago the doctors never changed, now you are lucky to see the same name twice on the board.

Joke of a surgery. The online telephone booking system is lacking in vital information about appoitments. The receptions want to argue about all the finer details of opening times, and the surgery has no opening times alerted on the outside of the building. Bear in mind that if you turn up at the building before 8am for an early appointment then you will have to break in because the doors are locked.

Well, that is 2 hours of my valuable time wasted standing in the very long and slow moving queue waiting to get my flu jab!☹️. I didn't actually wait the additional half hour to get in to the surgery. Instead I got my jab at the local pharmacy as many others did. Just as well they were helping out! I noticed the Surgery Manager popped in to talk to the pharmacist, no doubt to thank them for their help. I sympathise with the surgery having so many elderly patients but the whole day was very badly organised. Please consider your patients for future excercises such as this. Thank you to those in the surgery giving the jabs under such pressure

I have used the Econsult system twice now and both times I have found it quick and easy to use. I have had a response both times quickly and my problems sorted. You do not always need an appointment to ask the GP questions! I know this service is not for everyone, but I personally love it. I have also visited the surgery a few times with my children and found staff very polite and professional. Thank you

Drayton surgery is fantastic, my family and I have visited them a number of times and they have been nothing but exemplary. I have found them utterly dedicated in their help on my numerous visits, pre, mid and post Covid. The care that they have given us/me, was and is outstanding, nothing is too much trouble and they have always gone the extra mile. My review to some may seem overkill, but it is simply how we feel. Thank you all, Doctors, nurses and staff, in what are difficult times, keep up the great work.

5/ 5

I’ve been really impressed with the surgery and their handling of everything during the pandemic. My experience of the last week with Dr Foakes has been fantastic. She responded to my e-consult within hours and following having bloods taken at the QA, I heard back in under 24 hours and advised I would receive a follow up call today, which I have. Cannot fault the surgery, they’ve exceeded my expectations.
