We ordered engagement ring and wedding bands. The most of the time we needed to spend on engagement ring which includes choosing proper rock, so everything took nearly 2 months (including Christmas), but it's definitely worth it! Brilliant quality, good price and great service! Harold is really the expert of jewellery and even amateur like me could choose a proper solution which will fit us. I have had my late Dad's silver watch chain in a drawer for 10 years, since his death. Finally decided to have it made into a bracelet so I could wear it. Harold listened to what I wanted, was very kind and made me a beautiful bracelet. I am over the moon with it and will wear it often. All for very little money. What the owner does not know about working with precious metals and Jewelry, is very little. Friendly and excellent work. Do not get ripped off with Clifton village Jeweller's repair prices. This is the man to see. Very experienced and safe hands. My personal recommendation.

Harold was absolutely lovely. Was able to reshape my ring in less than an hour. And paid care and attention to preserving the qualities of the ring since it was handmade by my late Grandpa. Excellent service at an excellent price. Would highly recommend him. Included a before and after. It was really bent and he fixed it, and it still fits perfectly!
