Absolutely shocking.. me and my family have been with this surgery for the last 40 years before even Dr loomba took over.. Receptionist never answer calls, you can be ringing all day, this is mentally draining. Feel sorry for the most vulnerable. several occasions caught them to be sat chatting away and the phone is ringing behind them, when you ask them why they don't pick up they will answer you with a attitude and will not let you talk. Reception staff of loombas surgery cant do their work properly, they get paid for muttering away and ignoring patient's health. Pure neglect...
