Incredibly arrogant and disinterested. My GP was of far more help. Upsetting when the sole reason for seeing him was for advice on the severe pain I experience. Appointment lasted 20 minutes - rip off.

Not recommended. So apalled by Dr Poate’s lack of interest and knowledge re Burning Mouth Sndrome which clearly hasn’t been updated since med school that I sought a second opinion after my visit. Do not waste your money
