Too many patients for the number of staff. Getting an appointment is near on impossible. 0 stars for the booking team and the way they run the practice. The doctor was very helpful once seen. Unfortunately that was shadowed by all the other errors

Good Receptionist, they try hard and do their best. Telephone calls are a problem. My experience with the GPs have been good.

Left my son at risk, didn't give correct duty of care causing him to be admitted to hospital even after explaining to them this could be the out come and being told by the A&E department that he required an emergency appointment to get prescription for medication. Disgusting practice, no compassion and discriminate against people with mental health - should be closed down.

I don't recommend at all the phone service is terribly. I honselty think 1 person is in charge of picking up everyone's calls and making appointments I waited on call for 15 minutes! And didn't even get an appointment when it's really needed instead they gave me a appointment elsewhere. Just terribly

This doctors surgery is a joke I have had 3 doctors appointments cancelled on me after waiting weeks for the appointment in the first place. Worst doctors I have ever been too. If your looking for a doctors in the local area I wouldn’t even consider this one.

My Husband and I are very pleased with the service we have recently received from The Lady Dr Shah for her prompt action and follow up care, also to Dr Sharma for his care, and would like to say how polite and helpful the medical secretaries and reception staff have been whenever we have had to call the surgery, Thankyou James and Noreen Flynn

This surgery seriously needs looking into or shutting down! 3 family members were neglected by this surgery and 2 are now dead and 1 has a lifelong condition, all because these careless people didn't do there jobs properly in the 1st place. Not to mention the rude staff. U have more chance or finding a needle in a haystack than getting an appointment. Avoid at all cost. I also think a petition needs starting to sort this place out

Never get appointment on time even someone need urgents. They saying they are book completely everyday and tomorrow morning and then again same answer. I think they don't know to how to run. They must replaced all the staff.

Reception staff is very unpolite and doesn’t want to help. I suggest using online service so you can avoid taking to reception. Doctors are nice and professional so once reception staff will change attitude it could be good practise.

When reviewing your treatment , they do not read the notes before contacting you. I was asked by reception to make myself available for a telephone appointment as the Dr wanted to talk me. The Dr called and asked why I wanted the appointment? Had he read my notes, no!!
